If you haven't already downloaded your exhibitor pack it has been updated and can be found at: Exhibitor Pack
(Suggest you right click and "Save target as", the pdf is quite large at 13MB)
Trade space is selling fast, the red and blue zones have almost been fully allocated. There is still space in green and purple. We anticipate that space may sell out by about February, so if you haven't already spoken with Richard, then we suggest you do so ASAP
Please note the changes to our terms and conditions, the main one at this stage being that we now need a 25% deposit when you book your stand, this is due to a small number of traders who reserved space and then didn't pay. We think this is the easiest way of making sure we can fill the trade areas at Expo.
If you have reserved your space, but have not yet paid your deposit, please do so. When the time comes where we have run out of space to allocate then we will have to release space that has been reserved but no deposit received.
Prices have increased slightly, but we have retained early bird deals for those who want to save a little.
To enquire about a stand or any of our other options please email Richard (richard@ukgamesexpo.co.uk)
We look forward to seeing you at Expo 2012.
Richard, Tony, Pat and Mick and the entire Expo team.
